One of the unique things about us here at McMain’s Roofing is our diversity. We have a very well rounded customer portfolio which includes heavy activity with property management agencies, general contractors and homeowners on the residential side of the industry. Relationships are such an important role in not only our success but also for our customers. We have roofs that we installed 20 years ago that are now ready to be reroofed again, that’s a powerful contractor to client relationship! We service several property management agencies in the market that depend on us as their primary roofing contractor for hundreds of properties. Again, our effort in being both consistent and dependable has helped create a sustainable partnership. It’s the same with our general construction contractors and builders!
We recently had the opportunity to connect with a new general contractor called Pacific Coast Renovations. They are a local Puyallup based GC that focuses primarily on new construction build outs. They build about 45 medium multi family structures a year, a handful of single family homes and additional reroof jobs on existing homes. Our business structure allowed us to integrate perfectly with their estimating, install and invoicing needs. Our ready to serve attitude helped us to step up and perform on the first few opportunities we received and now were lined up for another opportunity to build a sustainable relationship to help further both of our goals!
