Before Old Torch Down Roofing System was Torn Off
We were selected as the roofing contractor for this Olympia mini storage units re-roof project. The buildings had torch down roofing but it was beginning to fail and leak water into the units. After assessing the current system, we recommended a brand new single ply TPO 45 mil roofing system. We also installed 24 scupper drains across the building to ensure proper drainage for added protection through the years. For added precision in the installation of this roof, we mechanically welded the TPO membrane down to the roof meaning that the roofing system is adhered without possibility of human error. Mechanically welded single ply is adhered at a consistent temperature to guarantee the longest lasting roofing system for the building owner.

As you can see from the photos above the new single ply TPO white membrane roofing system turned out great and will add many years of guaranteed protection for the mini storage units owner in Olympia. Additionally, the 20 year NDL (no dollar limit) manufacture warranty this roof has will cover all materials, workmanship, and any other repair costs if the roofing system fails from the manufacture.
