In 2018 it's onward and upward for the family of dedicated workers at McMain's Roofing. One of the areas of the roofing industry we specialize in is multifamily. Over the last 20 years we have installed hundreds of thousands of square feet of roofing on both new construction and existing multifamily structures. Malarkey Vista, SBS Modified & Designed To Protect Wesley Homes Residents
Wesley Homes Senior Living Center at Bradley Lake requires 100,000 square feet of asphalt shingles. We are installing a complete Malarkey Roofing system comprised of the following components:
- Arctic Seal ice and water shield on all eaves, rakes, ridges, side wall, roof to wall and penetrations.
- 15 # D226 underlayment.
- Smart Start starter shingles.
- Malarkey 225 hip and ridge shingles.
- 26 gauge sheet metal flashing's.
- Limited lifetime commercial warranty.
