I would like to thank you for the excellent customer service and workmanship I received from your company last month. From my first contact with Linda, to our final visit when my husband and I came in to sign the loan papers, we were cared for like we were members of your family.
“Your company was referred to us by our property manager, Shaun from Aspen Northwest. He received a call from the homeowner’s association that governs our rental property in Puyallup. The roof was in poor shape and the homeowner’s association wanted us to have it cleaned. We had been trying to figure out how to finance a replacement roof at a reasonable rate (not the outrageous rate that we would have to pay at Home Depot after the first year), and we just hadn’t found a solution. Shaun sent me a packet prepared by your company, complete with an estimate that was lower than one I received a couple of years ago from one of your competitors, and a very attractive financing offer from Salal Credit Union. When I noticed that the estimator was Ernie McMain, I was so happy to be dealing with a family owned business.
“We were approved quickly, and the next very pleasant surprise came when Ernie called us to let us know that he had lowered our estimate by $1500 since the plywood on the roof was not damaged and did not need to be replaced. Honesty in business is something that we consider important, and Ernie’s call showed us that McMains Roofing considers it important also.
“We had a record keeping issue with Pierce County that we did not anticipate, and Linda was wonderful while we got it straightened out so our loan could fund. Now, one might think that all of the above took place over a couple of months, however it was less than 2 weeks from start to finish. That’s what I call customer focused service!
