At McMains Roofing, We Are A Family of Employees

The culture of a company determines the success of its employees and overall mission into the market place. At McMains Roofing we strive to build a family oriented atmosphere that our employees thrive in. One of the things we do to foster our relationships with team members is consistent team activities.

Our most recent company trip was a Pheasant trip in Eastern, WA. We took valuable team members to relax and enjoy some time away from the job site. Check out the photos below!

Indeed such trips are essential to not only help the employees unwind and relax but also foster a team spirit and family like bonding some thing which does wonders for the work culture in the office.

This is a brilliant idea to take every body out on a trip, a much needed respite from the physically hard labor every body had to endure during those exhausting roofing projects. This increases the bonding between members of the team, which helps in the increasing the productivity at the word place.
