McMains Roofing Ready To Install Malarkey's Highlander Nex Roofing Shingle
Malarkey Roofing products has continued to be one of the leading innovators in the roofing manufacturer industry. The most recent advancement comes in the form of the Highlander Nex roofing shingle. Malarkey has long been the leader in the modified asphalt sector of the industry and they are continuing to show their strength in this area with the Nex product.
Recently they created a new asphalt product which they call polymer modified asphalt. Its their next generation of rubberized or modified asphalt and the predecessor of SBS modified asphalt.
The key to the product change focuses on the percentage of up-cycled content put into the shingles. For every 30 squares of shingles 5.5 tires and 350 milk jugs goes into the product. Thats huge!
