McMains Roofing is excited to install another Malarkey Vista re-roof project in Puyallup, WA. Our experienced roofing technician and estimator Pat Potter had the privilege of meeting with our potential client to provide a no obligation estimate. Our potential client was seeking 3-5 bids to find the greatest value for their new roofing system. After spending time with Pat, our client found that what McMains had to offer in value, quality and pricing was hands down the best deal in the area. The Scope of Work We Provided
We approach every re-roof on an individual basis. Even the simplest style of home is not a cookie cutter roofing job. This particular home had one layer of existing asphalt roofing shingles that needed to be removed. We cleaned and prepped the roof deck including patching the holes that were created by removing the existing AF-50 roof ventilation system. Part of the unique need for this client was to convert the standard venting system to a superior continuous ridge venting system. We also replaced all rotten and bad sheathing on the roof in order to ensure the substrate would last as long as the roofing system we installed. We completed the job by installing a complete Malarkey roofing system including starter shingles, Malarkey Vista AR field shingles, hip and ridge and all applicable sheet metal flashing's.
