Puyallup Storage Units Coated with Gacoflex S20
The Puyallup Storage & RV units have a metal roofing system that was starting to concern the property owner about leaking. They chose McMains as their trusted roofing experts to consult their roofing systems to find the right solution. We assessed the condition of five of the storage unit's roofs. To save cost and excessive labor, we recommended that instead of replacing the five roofing systems on the storage units that we instead apply a waterproofing roof coating to each. GacoFlex S20 is a silicone roof coating that is highly resistant to ponding water which can cause corrosion and interior damage over time.
GacoFlex S20 Series coatings are solvent-free, single-component waterproof elastomeric moisture-curing silicone coatings which is ideal for applying over a variety of different existing roofing surfaces including metal roofing like the storage units have. As you can see the metal roofing system is rusted and in need of an immediate solution to prevent potential future leakage and property damage to interior of the storage units.
